Set up your Probatix account and test in the sandbox
Get a Probatix account, create production and sandbox credentials, and test workflows with mocked data.
1. Request a Probatix account
You need a Probatix account to use the API or sandbox. To request one, contact us at probatix.com.
2. Create a sandbox user
Sign in at orders.probatix.de and open Settings to create a sandbox user. You can also create and manage production API keys and webhook subscriptions here.
3. Create sandbox API keys and webhook subscriptions
Use your sandbox user to sign in at orders.sandbox.probatix.de. Open Settings to create and manage your sandbox API keys and webhook subscriptions.
4. Test workflows in the sandbox
Go to sandbox.probatix.de and choose either option:
- Sign in with your sandbox session.
- Enter an API key created at orders.sandbox.probatix.de.
The sandbox API is hosted at api.sandbox.probatix.de.
Once signed in, you can trigger workflow actions, such as fulfilling an order or adding test results. These workflow actions use mock data.
